I just used Everyone's Plumbing & Handyman Services, LLC for the first time. So glad that I found Nick through a random web search. My clogged sink drain turned into a much larger problem than anticipated. Nick was the consummate professional which made me confident that he would be able to resolve my problem. I called Nick on a Friday night to help clear out a really bad clog in our kitchen drain. He was here within 15 minutes and got it fixed! I needed my w/d hooked up, so I could have a repair guy check for a leak. Not only did he hook me up, in less than 20 min, he also said to run a cycle, and he waited a few minutes with me, states I dont have a leak, suggested I call and cancel repair appt, and thus saved me about a $100 diagnostic fee. Had an emergency Sump pump issue in a finished basement and called Everyone's Plumbing. Not only were they out same day to install a new pump, but they took the time to educate me on what the sump system is supposed to do when operating properly, what wasn't working on my end and why, and what my options were. They fixed the problem quickly, with a very reasonable price, and took the time to ensure everything was working properly and troubleshoot another issue. I would highly recommend, and will be using them for any service that I need. Nick at Everyone’s Plumbing has helped us out a few times before, and we have always had an excellent experience with him. Today, he came out on an emergency call for us because something was leaking through our living room ceiling. We have had a different plumbing company in the past come work on and replace pieces for our shower. However, it continued to develop the same problem every few months. I was finally fed up of dealing with the issue and decided to get a second opinion. Nick was quick to respond to me, and very honestly told me that the shower features were obsolete and we were just wasting a lot of money. He then gave us several options to affordably fix the problem, and was quick to follow through and take care of the issue once we decided we were ready. When he came to fix it, he encountered many unexpected issues. We fully expected the price of the service to increase substantially. However, he honored his estimate and just charged for increased time spent. He is one of the most honest and professional people I have every worked with. It is truly like having a trusted family member (who just happens to be extremely knowledgeable and great at what he does) come and take care of your problems. I called Everyone's Plumbing after searching online at about 7:30am after discovering my pipes had frozen overnight, Nick was at my home within a half hour! Called at 9:20p, at our house at 9:45p. That alone should impress. Price quoted on phone was price charged. You already calling? Ok, here's more...When Nick walks through the door you are greeted with a geniune warm smile that never leaves his face, and the handshake of a true gentleman. He immediately walked down into the basement, and began changing out the sump pump with the care of a family member. He had the job completed in 30mins flat, as we had nice balanced conversation about family and plumbing. The price was as fair as you could imagine, probably better. I WILL have Nick back to install a basement bathroom for us in the near future. I WILL enjoy just hanging out with him again. This is that dude that you wish for in your family's plumbing needs. My sink pipes were backed up. I called Mr. Rooter who quoted me very high with a lot of work needed. I decided to cancel them and give Nick a try. He came out the next day, earlier than expected. We had an outdoor water spigot on one side of our house that, when turned on, sprayed water into our basement (there is no fun way to find that out). The one on the other side was loose, and the pipe slid around. Nick was easy to contact, he was punctual for the appointment, and was friendly and professional. I would recommend Nick to anyone, I called him out for my dad's house with a sump pump problem, he was there within an hour and put together a system so I don't have to worry about him having anymore problems. Lemme break this down for you. These guys aren't just pros; they're bros. Honest, hard working, respectful, and above all, trustworthy. They're not out to scam or over charge you. They do excellent work for excellent prices. Some reviewers have complained that they've had to wait a bit to get work done. Yeah, that's true, because these guys are busy all over the Downriver area, and they aren't haphazard about their jobs. If there's any kind of issue, at all, they'll come back and take care of it, no problem. Case in point: they installed a bathroom for us (new tub, toilet, sink, vanity, floors, wall tiling, etc). There was an issue with the bathtub drain and some of the grout (which was our fault for not waiting 24 hours to take a shower). They came back and took case of it, no hassle, no questions, no further charges. We're going through them for everything from here on out. Called Nick with a problem and he was at my house in 15 minutes. Came in evaluated the problem and fixed it on the spot. I called him back 3 days later with a plumbing emergency. He again said he would be right there and he was. Again he evaluated the situation which was no small job and began the work right away. Exceptional. My highest recommendation. Everything done timely as promised for the reasonable price quoted. The entire crew is extremely professional and courteous. They are highly skilled in a multitude of handiwork. They repaired a 2' by 2' hole in the floor and installed hardwood flooring, removed duct work, repaired dry wall, built a soffit to hide wiring and piping for a mini-split heat and air unit, repaired floor tile and grout, cut and removed copper piping from an old boiler system, and fixed my undermount stainless steel sink that had fallen down I have endured multiple incompetent and dishonest contractors. Called Everyone's Plumbing and they arrive in a few hours as promised. They found the problem that was clogging the bathroom vanity drain and tub, The price was very reasonable for a complicated repair. Most of the repair involved going under the building's crawl space.
